This is an application for extension of time to furnish sureties. 2.

By an Order dated 3.5.2018 the applicant was directed to be released on bail on his furnishing PR bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- and the applicant was permitted to be released on cash bail for a period of two weeks. The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that, as a matter of fact the process of verification of sureties is completed and the process of actual accepting the sureties is only pending before the Trial Court. In view thereof, the period to furnish sureties is extended by six weeks from today.
