Petitioner prays for directions to respondent no.2 to register FIR against respondent no.1. Petitioner had filed a complaint with J.M.F.C. Dound, Pune district against 4 to 5 unknown persons on the earlier occasion. The Magistrate had passed order on 23rd November, 2015 under Section 156(3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure in Criminal M.A. No.627 of 2015 (Popat Khadtare V/s. State).
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that police filed summary report.
