By this Application, the applicant/petitioner seeks leave to amend the petition in terms of the draft amendment which is to add respondent no. 11-Ganesh Laxman Salunkhe, wherein it is stated that he is a subsequent purchaser and would thus become a necessary party. There are consequential amendments which is sought to be incorporated.
