The learned Counsel for the respective parties at the outset submits that the parties to the above Petition have settled their dispute amicably and entered into settlement terms dated 11/9/2017. The settlement terms are signed by the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Sangli Urban Cooperative Bank Limited and Chairman, General Secretary and Joint Secretary of Bank Employees Union, Kolhapur.

40.lpa227.07 Employees Union, Kolhapur are present in the Court. On specific query, they stated that they have gone through the settlement, they have understood the contents of the terms of the settlement. They also stated that the said consent terms are signed by the representatives of the respective parties out of free will, without any coercion and influence. In these circumstances, the settlement terms are taken on record and marked as Exh. A for identification. The learned Counsel appearing for the respective parties submitted that the Letters Patent Appeal may be disposed of in terms of the said settlement terms and the impugned award may be replaced by these Consent Terms.
We accordingly, dispose of the Letters Patent Appeal in terms of the settlement terms. The Judgment and Order dated 16/7/2007 passed by the learned Single Judge in Writ Petition No. 1121 of 2007 and the order dated 7/10/2006 passed by the Industrial Tribunal, Sangli in Reference (IC) No. 1 of 1990 stand substituted by the settlement terms.
