The applicant herein is the co-accused. The only grievance of the applicant is that the trial Court is not proceeding with the application for discharge preferred by the applicant on the ground that the proceedings before the trial Court are stayed by this Court while entertaining Criminal Writ Petition No.1812 of 2011. It is clarified that the interim stay granted by this Court is only qua the petitioner in Criminal Writ Petition No.1812 of 2011. The trial Court is at liberty to proceed with the application for discharge preferred by the applicant.
