Heard learned Counsel for the parties.

This appeal is preferred by the original respondent no.2 owner of the vehicle challenging the Judgment and Award dated 01.04.2014 passed by the Motor Accident Claim Tribunal, Pune in M.A.C.P. No. 530 of 2009 holding that appellant is liable to pay a sum of Rs.14,23,000/- alongwith 9% interest to the respondents original claimants by way of compensation.

The learned Counsel for the respondents original claimants placed on record a certificate dated 08.01.2015 under Order 32 Rule 7 of the C.P.C. stating that the present compromise is in the interest of respondent nos. 2, 3 and 4 who are minors. The said certificate is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. Both the Counsel tendered the Consent Terms dated 08.01.2015. Sneha Chavan 1/2
