After arguing for some time, when this Court was not inclined to grant bail to the Applicant, learned counsel for the Applicant seeks leave to withdraw the Application. Accordingly, the Application is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the trial of the Applicant is expedited.

Having regard to the age of the prosecutrix, aged 12 years, learned Judge to conclude the case as expeditiously as possible and in any event within nine months from the date of receipt of this order. If for no fault of the Applicant the trial does not conclude within the stipulated period, the Applicant is at liberty to file a fresh Application. (REVATI MOHITE DERE, J.)
