1) The learned APP, on instructions, submitted that in pursuance of the order dated 10/8/2016 the applicant has attended the Investigating Officer and has joined the process of investigation. She further, on instructions, submitted that the custodial interrogation of the applicant is not necessary.

2) In view of the above, the interim relief granted by an order dated 10/8/2016 is hereby confirmed.
