Heard the learned counsel appearing for the Applicant. In view of the averments made in the Application, the prayer clause (a) will have to be granted at the risk of the Applicants. Accordingly, the Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b) at the risk of the Applicants. The effect of deletion of the Respondents will have to be considered at the time of final hearing of this Writ Petition. Amendment to be carried out within a period of three weeks from today.
