There is no reason to entertain this petition. From the averments made in the petition, it appears that the Sub-Divisional Officer has made the impugned order under the provisions of Maharashtra Land Revenue Code. There are sufficient provisions under the Code in matters of institution of appeal as well as revision. In view of the availability of alternate and efficacious remedy, there is no reason to exercise extraordinary jurisdiction.

The petition is accordingly disposed of.

However, the disposal of this petition, will not bar this Petitioner from availing the alternate remedy under the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code.
