The matter pertains to immovable property i.e. building of the school. The corporation issued the notice under Section 53(1) of the Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966. 3.

In view of nature of the subject matter, there shall be interim relief in regard to the stay to the operation and implementation of the impugned notice dated 28th May, 2018, till further orders. 4.
