After the above Writ Petition was argued for some time and we pointed out to the advocate for the Petitioner that there is an alternate remedy to challenge the order passed by the DRT before the DRAT, Mumbai, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner, on instructions, sought leave to withdraw the above Writ Petition with liberty to avail of the alternate remedy.
