C. :- The Petitioner - wife has filed this Contempt Petition against the Respondent - husband on the ground that the husband had failed to comply with the directions to pay the maintenance of Rs.3,000/- per month. The directions were issued vide the order dated 18th December, 2017. Today the Respondent - husband has filed an Affidavit before the Court. The Affidavit is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. In the said Affidavit, the husband URS 1 of 2

2 22-CP 410-18.odt has stated that he has sent Rs.6,000/- through the Demand Draft on 26/03/2019 and he shall clear all outstanding amount of Rs.10,000/- by 27/05/2019 through installments of Rs.5,000/- each. The statement is accepted and on such statement, the Contempt Petition is dismissed.
