This petition is directed against the Order dated 04/07/2014, by which the Respondent's application at Ex.81 is allowed and one Ashok Narayan Mandhare has been impleaded as the party Respondent.

On perusal of the impugned order and the record, it cannot be said that there is any jurisdictional error in the making of the impugned order.

In view of the allegations in the plaint, the said Ashok Narayan Mandhare was certainly a property party in the suit. URS
