On 4th January 2023 when the matter was called out for final hearing, none appeared for the petitioners. The matter was adjourned to 11th January 2023. On 11th January 2023 also, since none appeared for the petitioners, the matter was adjourned till today. Today also none appears for the petitioner. 2.

The petitioner seeks appointment on compassionate ground. The father of the petitioner died 21 years back. 3.

On 11th January 2023, we have observed that if none appears for the petitioners on the next date, Court would be constrained to dismiss the matter.

As none appears for the petitioners, the writ petition is dismissed. Rule is discharged.
