Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

This is an application for transit pre-arrest bail. The Applicant apprehends arrest in C.R.No.92 of 2023 registered with Jhajha Railway Station, Bihar for the offences punishable under Sections 395 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code, 1860. FIR appears to have been registered on 31 March 2023. In the application, it is averred that the officer attached to the said Police Station had been to Mumbai in search of the applicant and, hence, the application came to be filed in the month of July 2023.

The learned Counsel for the Applicant submitted that the Applicant desires to approach the jurisdictional court. However, in the intervening period, the applicant apprehends her arrest.

Since a period of almost five months has elapsed since lodging of the SSP 1/2

43 aba 2092 of 2023.doc FIR, it would be appropriate for the applicant to approach the jurisdictional Court to seek reliefs, if so advised. Hence, at this length of time, I do not find any justifiable reason to entertain the application for transit anticipatory bail. 5.

The Application stands disposed.
