This is an application for cancellation of bail. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor and the learned counsel for the Respondent-Accused point out that the Investigating Officer after investigation has filed a C-Summary report before the learned Magistrate. A copy of the report is produced on record and marked 'x' for identification.

A perusal of the report shows that according to the Investigating Officer the complaint is outcome of some misunderstanding.

Be that as it may in view of the fact that the Investigating Officer has filed a C-Summary, nothing survives in the present application which is accordingly disposed of. 4.

Needless to mention that this Court has not examined the merits of the C-Summary.
