Heard the learned counsel for the applicant. In view of averments made in paragraph-4 of the application, a case is made out for restoration. Accordingly, we pass the following order: The application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a), subject to condition that the applicant submits requisite number of copies of the writ petition within a period of three weeks from today. If the copies are not submitted within the stipulated period, the order of dismissal will stand.
