In the event the final order in appeal is adverse to the interest of the Petitioner, then, while challenging it, the petitioner can raise appropriate contentions, particularly on the alleged refusal of the appellate authority to call for the records and as desired by the petitioner. In the face of all the alternate and efficacious remedies right up to an appeal to this court, we do not wish to entertain the writ petition. Keeping all contentions of both sides open, the writ petition is dismissed.
