In view of the law laid down by the Apex Court in the case of Custodian of Evacuee Properties Vs. Amjadali Gazanfarali Bukhari 2015(2) RCR (Civil) 604, the disposed of Petition cannot be revived by Civil Application. Civil Application is therefore rejected.
