Feeling aggrieved by the order dated 25th March, 2014 passed by the State Government in Urban Development Department, the petitioner has filed this petition. Upon going through the order, it is revealed that the order is interim in nature and the matter is still under consideration of the State Authority. In the circumstances, we dispose of this petition by

2 23-wp-3217.2015.sxw directing the State Authority before whom the matter is pending to give opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and to all concerned and then pass final order as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order. Petitioner shall appear before the State Authority on 23rd May, 2016. Needless to say that the State Authority shall decide the matter on its own merits. All contentions of the parties are left open.
