By the present application, the applicant, who has been released on bail by this Court on 1st March, 2021 in an offence invoking the provisions of Maharashtra Control of Organized Crime Act, seeks relaxation of bail condition nos. (ii) and (iii). 2.

Since it is not the case of the prosecution that the applicant has not abided by condition no. (ii), I deem it appropriate to relax the said condition by directing attendance on first Saturday of trimester between 10.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon till the conclusion of the trial. 3.

As far as condition no. (iii) is concerned, no indulgence is granted since the offence for which the applicant is released on bail is under MCOC Act.

Application is disposed of.
