By consent, the Appeal is taken up forthwith. 2.

It is pointed out that there is a status quo order of 19th January 2013. In the meantime, the suit filed in the City Civil Court, i.e., L.C. Suit No. 171 of 2013, is ready for hearing and final disposal. It is at the stage of framing issues.

Parties are agreed that the status quo order may continue pending the hearing of the Suit and for a period of eight weeks after the final judgment in the Suit.
