Learned Counsel for the applicant/original petitioner submits that for want of removal of objections within the stipulated period pursuant to the order dated 4.7.2016, the petition was dismissed. The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that the papers were not found in the Department and accordingly, he has stated the reason for non-compliance of the office objections in paragraphs 6, 7 and 8 of his application. Further, the applicant has also prayed for dispensing with the office objection of typing page Nos.50 to 94 and page No.215 of the Writ Petition as the applicant

caw.2699.2016_20.doc states that he is not going to rely upon the same at the time of arguments.

Considered the submissions. Read the application. The impugned order dated 4.7.2016 is hereby set aside. The petition is restored to file. The petitioner is directed to remove the office objections within two weeks.

Civil Application is accordingly allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a), (b) and (c).
