Heard learned Counsel for the applicant.

This application is preferred by claimant for fixing early date of hearing of First Appeal No. 1514 of 2006 on the ground that applicant is senior citizen.

The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that applicant undertakes to file private paper book within four weeks from today. Same is accepted. Considering the submissions made by learned counsel for the applicant and averments made in civil application, I am satisfied that applicant has made out the case for allowing the civil application. Hence, following order.

a) Applicant/claimant to file private paper book within two months from today, failing which Sneha Chavan 1/2

b) Printing and filing of roznama in private paper book is dispensed with.

c) If private paper book is filed within stipulated time as stated herein above, First Appeal is expedited and office is directed to place the same on weekly board for final hearing as per its turn in Senior Citizen List.

d) Civil Application stands disposed of accordingly.
