This Petition is fled challenging the Order dated 29 June 2022 passed by the Divisional Joint Registrar of Co-operative Societies, Mumbai Division, Mumbai directing the registration of Shalimar Miracle Premises Co-operative Society Ltd. The Petitioner society had fled a revision under Section 154 of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1960 before the Minister-Revenue challenging the Order of the Divisional Joint Registrar. It is stated that the said revision is still pending.
