This application was preferred by the applicant seeking his release on Temporary Bail for a period of six months from the date of release in C.R.No.329 of 2014, registered with the Malwani Police Station, Mumbai, for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 420, 465, 466, 467, 468, 471 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 3

2/3 and 4 of the MPID Act.

Learned Counsel for the Applicant states in view of the order passed today in Criminal Bail Application No.508 of 2015, nothing survives for consideration in Criminal Application No.679 of 2015. He seeks leave to withdraw the application.
