This Interim Application is filed praying that the payment of July, 2023 installment of the payment schedule mentioned in the undertaking dated 20.9.2022 given by the Applicant be extended by one month.

The undertaking is annexed to this Interim Application as Exhibit-A, which mentions that the Applicant has to make payment of Rs.5 Lakhs on or before 21.7.2023. Deshmane(PS)

Learned counsel for the Applicant submitted that because of some financial difficulties, the installment of July, 2023 could not be paid but only a short extension of one more month is sought by the Applicant; and that the Applicant shall make the payments of July and August, 2023 installments together on or before 21.8.2023. Learned counsel submitted that till 21.6.2023, the schedule was adhered to and there was no default committed by the Applicant.

Learned counsel for the Respondents objected to these submissions.

Considering submissions on their behalf, the Applicants are permitted to make the payment of installments of July, 2023 and August, 2023 together on or before 21.8.2023.

With these directions and observations, the Application is disposed of.

Contempt Petition be listed on 29.8.2023.
