Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Perused the papers with the assistance of the learned APP as well as the interim order dated 17.07.2019, by which the Applicants were granted interim protection.

By this Application, the applicants seek pre-arrest bail in connection with C.R. No.I-109 of 2019, registered with the Manor Police Station, Palghar, for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 326, 325, 427, 143, 147, 148, 149, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned APP on instructions states that the allegations as against the Applicants are general in nature. He submits that the Applicants although were present at the spot at the time of the alleged incident, no overt act has been attributed to the Applicants. 5.

Considering the aforesaid, the Application is allowed and the interim order dated 17.07.2019 is confirmed on the following terms & conditions :-

O R D E R

(i) In the event of arrest, the Applicants be enlarged on bail, on executing P. R. Bond in the sum of Rs. 15,000/- each with one or two sureties in the like amount;

(ii) The Applicants shall report to the investigating officer of the concerned police station as & when called for by the investigating

officer;

(iii) The Applicants shall co-operate with the investigation. 6.

The Application is allowed in the aforesaid terms and is accordingly disposed of.
