Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner & the learned counsel for the respondent No.1.

On 13.03.2015, an order was passed by this Court which reads as under :- "1.
Learned Counsel for the applicant states that the applicant, to show his bona
fides, will pay a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- to the respondent No.1 by pay order on or before 31st March, 2015.

Stand over to 1st April, 2015. To be listed first on board."

Today, the learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner is unable to comply with the said order and seeks leave to withdraw the petition. She submits that the petitioner is ready to face the consequences. It is made clear, that the matter was argued at length on 13.03.2015, pursuant to which the order dated 13.03.2015 was passed. As the petitioner is ready to face the consequences, that will flow from the withdrawal of the petition, the petitioner is permitted to withdraw the petition.

The petition is dismissed as
withdrawn, and is accordingly, disposed of. The respondent No.1 is at liberty to initiate appropriate proceedings, against the petitioner, in accordance with law.
