The petitioner has challenged the order of transfer dated 9.6.2014 which the learned Tribunal after considering the rival contentions refused to entertain by impugned order dated 20.5.2015.

The petition so filed is pending without any interim order and/or protection. It appears that the transfer order must have been executed by the petitioner. In view of this, we see no reason to keep this petition pending.
