APPLN.382-2018.doc 2] The record indicates that, the applicants are duly protected by interim relief granted by the Trial Court. As a matter of fact, the Sessions Courts in Mumbai are undoubtedly over-burdened with huge pressure of work thereon. The prayer sought by the applicants is nothing but to just pressurize the concern Court to hear the applications of the applicants out of turn and within stipulated period and nothing more than it. The applicants after being granted interim relief need to wait for their own turn to be heard on merits before the Sessions Court. 3] Both applications are totally misconceived and the practice adopted by the applicants need to be depreciated. In view thereof, both applications are dismissed in limine. (A.S.GADKARI, J.) 2/2
