This application is filed for recalling the order dated 18th September 2018 passed by this Court (Coram:- A.S. Gadkari, J.). Learned counsel appearing for the applicant fairly submits that, cause list was not seen by him and as a result he did not remain present. Be that as it may since the learned counsel has accepted the mistake, the present application deserves to be allowed. For the reasons stated in the application, application is allowed and same stands disposed of accordingly.

Writ Petition No. 2053 of 2005 is restored to its original file accordingly, the interim order granted by order dated 14th October 2005 is also restored.
