Having heard the learned counsel for the parties, we find that the question involved in this petition has already been considered and decided by the Division Bench of this court vide order dated 3.3.2016 passed in WP No. 9522 of 2014 (Nasruddin Kamruddin Ansari Vs. Joint Sub Registrar (Class 2) and Ors.). 3.

Keeping in view the aforesaid, we dispose of this petition by passing the following order :

(1) We direct that first and second respondents shall not decline to accept any document tendered for registration in relation to the property subject matter of this petition. We however, make it clear

(2) Petition is disposed of.
