FINAL ORDER:- The Petitioner's caste claim is pending before Respondent No. 5- District Caste Scrutiny Committee. Therefore, at this stage, we are directing Respondent No.5-Committee to decide the same, as early as possible, and preferably within a period of three months from today.

In view of above, the case is made out and therefore, to avoid further delay and complications, by keeping all defences open and subject to final decision of Respondent No.5-Committee, the present Writ Petition is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). There shall be no order as to costs.
