The learned counsel for the applicants submitted that the applicants were facing charges under sections 448, 450, 451, 420, 423, 424 r/w. 120B of Indian Penal Code. He submitted that the applicants and respondent no. 2 both have settled the matter amicably and now wants to file consent terms. The learned counsel produced the consent terms signed by the representative of respondent no. 2/original complainant and by the applicants nos. 1 to 5 along with their respective counsel. The consent terms dated 13th March, 2019 is taken on record and marked as Exhibit1. The statements made in the consent terms are accepted.

The learned counsel for respondent no. 2/original complainant submitted that the respondent no. 2 does not want to proceed with the matter.

In view of these statements and submissions, Criminal Revision Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a), (b) and (c).
