On expressing my disinclination to entertain the application, learned counsel for the applicant, seeks permission to withdraw the same.

She has, however, invited my attention to an order dated 04/01/2021 when the application was withdrawn with a direction being issued to the trial Court to conclude the trial within nine months.

Learned A.P.P. states that till date, even the charge is not framed.

Considering that the applicant was arrested on 03/02/2018 and is incarcerated for more than four years, the learned Sessions Judge, who is seized of Sessions Case No.168 of 2019, shall conclude the trial within a period of one year from today.
