The Applicants have not approached the Sessions Court at Pune and have directly approached this Court. The Applicants have prayed that they be given interim relief for six weeks, so that they can approach the concerned Court at Pune for seeking appropriate relief. In prayer clause (c), the Applicants have prayed that the Applicant be given 72 hours prior notice in writing before effecting arrest. Nesarikar

I am not inclined to grant any of these prayers. The distance between Mumbai and Pune is not too much. The Applicants should approach the appropriate Court at Pune. No ground for passing any order in favour of Applicant is made out. The application is therefore rejected.
