The learned APP on instructions of the Investigating Officer, who is present in the Chamber, submits that the evidence of most of the witnesses is already recorded and that only two witnesses remain to be examined and that the trial is likely to be concluded within a period of one and half months.

In the light of the above statement, the learned counsel for the Applicant, under instructions seeks leave to withdraw the application with liberty to file fresh application, in the event the trial is not concluded within a period of one and half months from today.
