In clarification of the order dated 8th March 2018, the Petitioners are to exempted from serving the heirs of the deceased 6th Defendant and Defendant No.1(G), Smita Sharad Mehandle. 2.

Accordingly, paragraph 15 will be substituted with the following:

"The Writ Petitions succeed. The impugned orders are quashed and set aside. The Petitioners are exempted from serving the 6th Defendant and Defendant No.

1(G), namely, Smita Sharad Mehandle. Rule is made absolute in these terms.

"

If an amendment that has been carried out for deletion of the name of this party, the Registry will permit the restoration of that name.
