The applicant has preferred Criminal Appeal (ST) No.661 of 2017, against his conviction and sentence under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code. The appeal has been preferred through jail. In the present application, the applicant has prayed that advocate be appointed from the Legal Aid Panel to represent him, in his appeal.
