The applicant has preferred Criminal Appeal (ST) No.662 of 2017, against his conviction and sentence under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code. The appeal has been preferred through jail. In the present application, the applicant has prayed that advocate be appointed from the Legal Aid Panel to represent him, in his appeal.

In view of above, we appoint Adv. Ms. Rohini Dandekar, who is on the panel of Advocates of High Court Legal Services Committee, to represent the applicant in this appeal.
