It is submitted that the order dated 27th August, 2015 is passed in an application filed by the applicants seeking their enlargement on bail, however, the order as uploaded records in para 2 that the "applicants seek pre-arrest bail", instead it should read as "the applicants seek their enlargement on bail". The error appears to be apparently a clerical error and has crept in inadvertently. Accordingly, the above correction shall be carried out in the original order dated 27th August, 2015 as well as in the order uploaded on the server.
