Writ Petition is filed only for a relief that the Suit be expedited. The Suit is of the year 2011. The only relief that can be granted in this Petition is to give liberty to the Petitioner to make a request to the learned Small Cause Court Judge to take up the matter on priority basis, if the learned Small Cause Court Judge does not have any other prior time bound commitments. The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of.
