Consent terms are taken on record and marked "x-1" for identification. Award be drawn in terms thereof. Appeal and Cross-Objections therein are disposed of in terms of the consent terms.

2) Registry shall transfer the statutory deposit with interest accrued thereon to the Motor Accidents Claim Tribunal, Nashik in M.A.C.P. No. 803/1997.

3) Appellants are entitled to claim refund of court-fees as per the Rules.

4) Claimants shall withdraw the amount of compensation deposited by the Insurance Company with interest accrued thereon unconditionally.
