1) Parties to the Appeal, have settled the claim and filed consent terms. Original claimants-respondent no.3 and respondent no.5 are present in the Court. Respondents no.4 and 5, are daughters of respondents no.3 and 4. All the respondents have signed the consent terms. They have been identified before

Rane 2/2 sr.24-FA-1232-2005 the Advocate. Consent terms are admitted by respondents no.3 and 5 for themselves and on behalf of the respondents no.4 and 6. Consent terms are taken on record and marked "x-1" for identification. Award be drawn in terms thereof. Appeal and Cross-Objections therein are disposed of in terms of the consent terms.

2) Registry shall transfer the statutory deposit with interest accrued thereon to the Motor Accidents Claim Tribunal, Nashik in M.A.C.P. No. 803/1997.

3) Appellants are entitled to claim refund of court-fees as per the Rules.

4) Claimants shall withdraw the amount of compensation deposited by the Insurance Company with interest accrued thereon unconditionally.
