By this civil application, the applicants seek deletion of the name of the respondent no.2 Smt.Venubai Vasant Jadhav who has expired and bring her legal heirs on record by carrying out an amendment.

By a separate order passed by this Court in Civil Application No.1276 of 2016, delay is already condoned. Civil application is made absolute in terms of prayer clauses (b) and (c). Amendment to be carried out within two weeks from today.
