Since the charge-sheet has been fled, it is well advisable for the applicant to approach the trial court. In any case, the applicant was already granted protection from arrest by this Court on 29/09/2021 and it is in force till today. On an application, being fled, the trial court will bear in mind that the applicant was protected from arrest by this Court, taking into consideration the prima facie case against him. 2.

The application stands disposed off.
