By this civil application, the applicants seek condonation of delay of 2 years and 85 days in filing the civil application, for substituting the name of the respondent no.2 Smt.Venubai Vasant Jadhav by her heirs as shown in the title cause of this civil application. No affidavit-in-reply is filed by the contesting respondents. 3.

I have heard the learned counsel appearing for the applicants and the contesting respondents. I have also perused the civil application. Though the applicants have rendered some explanation for condonation of delay of 2 years and 85 days in filing the civil application, explanation is not fully satisfactory. However, on payment of costs of Rs.2,500/- by the applicants to the contesting respondents within two weeks from today, delay of 2 years and 85 days in filing the civil application for substituting the name of the respondent no.2 Smt.Venubai
