Mr. Patil, learned counsel for the petitioner, in the light of the statements of Manish Vanjara, Javed Ansari and Mahindra Singh recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure 1973 (for short "the Cr.PC."), seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to take appropriate steps under Section 319 of the Cr.PC before the Special Judge, Sessions Court during the trial. Leave with liberty as prayed for, is granted. The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. 2.
