DATED : 17th AUGUST 2022 P.C:- The learned APP Mr.Yadav in presence of the Investigating Officer who is present in the Court, state that notice u/s.41A of Cr.P.C was served upon the applicant since the subject C.R invoke offence punishable u/s.498A, 504, 323 r/w Section 34 IPC. Pursuant to the said notice, the applicant has attended the police station.

On specific statement being made by the Investigating Officer through the learned APP, that the custodial interrogation of the applicant is not warranted, but he shall continue to render his co-operation in the investigation, which is yet to be completed.

2/2 903 ABA 2185-22.doc Accepting the aforesaid statement, I am inclined to pass the following order :-

O R D E R

(a) In the event of his arrest, the Applicant - Nitin Vijay Chavan in connection of C.R.No.329/2022 registered with Amboli police station shall be released on bail on furnishing P.R. bond to the extent of Rs.25,000/- with one or two sureties of the like amount.

(b) The applicant shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with facts of case so as to dissuade him from disclosing the facts to Court or any Police Officer and should not tamper with evidence.

(c) The Applicant shall report to the Investigating Officer as and when called.
